The form says it can't find my membership — what's wrong?
Your license plate number must be entered with the state code in order to be recognized by our system. Try again with the state prefix (e.g., "CA8ABC123").
Do I need my license plate to cancel or update my card?
Yes. If you no longer have the license plate, please contact us at [email protected] or come by the wash for assistance.
I have a new vehicle — how do I transfer my pass?
Please visit the wash location to transfer your membership to a new vehicle.
Can I change my plan type online?
No. You will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.
How long does it take for my plan to cancel?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle until then.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling?
No. You will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I get an email confirmation when I change my card or cancel?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
How do I reactivate my membership?
Visit either wash location and the team will reactivate your plan on the spot.
